About the role

The Universal Banker role at ADIB's Al Barsha Branch in Dubai focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and supporting branch success. It combines helpdesk and CRO functions within the branch development concept and is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient service to walk‑in customers and respond to inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services such as liability onboarding, debit cards, account inquiries, fund transfers, standing order management, and certificate issuance.
• Handle various banking operations including cheque services, dispute services, e‑statement issuance, and asset sales activities.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by branch management.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Knowledge of ADIB’s retail and institutional banking products and services.
• Understanding of ADIB’s operational policies, UAE banking regulations, and Central Bank of UAE regulations.

Required skills

• Computer skills.
• Fair knowledge of service standards and cross‑selling techniques.
