Venture Capital Associate – Remote AI Training

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on professional venture‑capital documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote and offers flexible hours, ideal for experienced VC associates looking to apply their expertise to cutting‑edge AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated pitch decks, data‑room indexes and investor update memos.
• Produce cap‑table summaries, term‑sheet summaries and LP reports to improve the model’s output quality.

Required profile

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data‑room indexes or investor update memos for startup fundraises, venture funds or LP‑facing platforms.
• Fluency in cap‑table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring and reporting standards expected by LPs and institutional investors.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
