This senior leadership position offers an opportunity to shape academic strategy, enhance institutional quality, and drive faculty and student success across a growing university in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Provide university‑wide academic leadership, translating institutional strategy into clear priorities, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead development and expansion of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, ensuring relevance, quality, and regulatory alignment.
• Strengthen accreditation readiness and maintain high standards across curriculum, policies, and quality assurance.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, development and academic standards to build a high‑performing academic community.
• Drive student growth by supporting enrolment, retention, academic experience, progression and graduate outcomes.
• Advance research, industry engagement and digital transformation, fostering external partnerships and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Full Professor with a strong academic and research record, recognised publications and citations.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in higher education (Dean, VP, Provost or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in programme development, curriculum governance, institutional planning and faculty leadership.
• Knowledge of accreditation and quality frameworks, preferably UAE CAA experience.
• Demonstrated success in university growth through programme expansion, student recruitment, research development and institutional improvement.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong strategic, stakeholder and industry engagement skills.
