Vice President Human Resources (UAEN)

About the role

A leading regional manufacturing organization is seeking a Vice President – People (UAEN) to provide strategic leadership across Human Capital, Administration and Corporate Services. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the role shapes the people strategy, drives organizational transformation and oversees employee services, facilities and administration in a large, complex industrial environment. It is a fully onsite position at the client's head office in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People and Corporate Services function, including annual workforce planning, budgeting and divisional budget oversight
• Define and execute the Human Capital strategy, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and compensation and benefits
• Drive Emiratization and champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and grievance management and employee relations
• Oversee facilities and services (accommodation, transport, catering, security, maintenance, etc.) and vendor management
• Promote digital HR solutions, people analytics and dashboards, and ensure compliance with local Labour Law and EHS legislation

Required profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field; CIPD, SHRM or equivalent certification highly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility
• Proven experience in manufacturing, industrial or heavy industry environments and leading Emiratization strategies
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is highly preferred
