Vice President - Loyalty Marketing

About the role

The Vice President – Loyalty Marketing will shape and execute the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Live Aldar and Darna Rewards, driving revenue, profit and market share growth across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own annual marketing plans, acquisition and retention targets, and incremental revenue goals for both loyalty programs.
• Define positioning, differentiation and brand identity while ensuring alignment with the broader Aldar loyalty ecosystem.
• Manage the marketing P&L, including budget planning, allocation and financial forecasting.
• Establish governance for cross‑program member journeys, shared campaigns and referral mechanics.
• Prioritise initiatives based on ROI, business impact and strategic alignment.
• Design and launch multi‑channel integrated loyalty campaigns in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive lifecycle marketing programs, personalised customer journeys and data‑driven segmentation.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Retail and other vertical leaders to ensure integrated loyalty plans and calendar alignment.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in loyalty or performance‑based marketing, preferably within real‑estate or retail environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience overseeing a marketing P&L and managing large‑scale budgets.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable campaigns.
