Vice President – Private Equity

About the role

The Vice President, Institutional Services will manage client relationships for a portfolio of asset managers, endowments and family offices investing in multi‑asset products. Reporting to a Senior Vice President, the role focuses on delivering service excellence and expanding business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Coordinate with internal and global teams to deliver optimal service and resolve incidents.
• Lead RFP processes, client integrations, and cross‑selling of Citco products.
• Monitor client profitability, SLAs, and operational deliverables, driving process improvements.
• Prepare board reports, KPIs, and risk assessments; supervise junior client service managers.

Required profile

• University degree with 7+ years in financial services, preferably hedge fund administration.
• 2+ years of formal people‑management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting, allocation systems, and multi‑asset portfolios.
