Vice Principal – Madinat Zayed Campus (Start Aug 2026)

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking an experienced Vice Principal to join the Madinat Zayed Campus, commencing in August 2026. This senior leadership position will support the Principal in delivering a world‑class, US‑based curriculum and fostering a 21st‑century learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the school’s purpose, values and strategic direction to all stakeholders.
• Drive teaching excellence, high academic achievement and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Principal on strategic planning, target setting and operational execution.
• Lead quality‑assurance activities such as lesson observations, staff interviews and faculty reviews.
• Enhance the school’s community profile and build collaborative partnerships.
• Oversee attendance, academic progress, non‑academic achievement and inclusive learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international schools (UK, USA or comparable settings).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and cultural awareness skills.
• Ability to engage with board members, parents, teachers and principals.
• Commitment to the UAE education vision and regional values.
