About the role

The Villa Butler delivers highly personalized, seamless service to guests staying in luxury villas on Jumeirah Bay Island. From pre‑arrival arrangements to departure, the Butler ensures every need is anticipated while maintaining the pristine presentation of the villas and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guest service needs, including assistance for individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain immaculate condition of villas, driveways, beach paths, decks, pools, gardens, parking areas, pantries, and office spaces.
• Adhere to company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and protect company assets.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean, professional, and reflect the Bulgari brand.
• Answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships, and comply with quality‑assurance standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Professional grooming and presentation aligned with Bulgari standards.
• Ability to work extended periods on foot and perform light physical tasks.
