Villa Host – Luxury Guest Services at Anantara Resort

About the role

Join the Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort team as a Villa Host, delivering personalized, high‑end service to guests staying in our exclusive villas. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, customized service to villa guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
• Supervise and direct villa housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain impeccable standards.
• Ensure all villas are clean, well‑maintained, and fully stocked for guest arrival.
• Act as the liaison between guests and resort services, coordinating special requests and arrangements.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and service actions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler, Villa Host, or similar hospitality role in a quality hotel.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a proactive, resource‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
