Villa Supervisor (UHNWI / VVIP) – Tagalog Speakers Only

About the role

A private villa in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Villa Supervisor to oversee its daily operations for a prominent UHNWI family. The role manages a full household team, ensures high service standards and keeps the villa running smoothly. It is a live-in position, and only Tagalog speakers are considered.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a household team: prepare weekly duty rosters and shift schedules, ensure high-quality service, discipline and professionalism, and run regular training, performance checks and task monitoring.
• Oversee day-to-day villa functionality, cleanliness and readiness, and handle household logistics and procurement requests.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs or planned works.
• Act as a butler during VIP meetings, important gatherings and special family requirements, ensuring service etiquette, guest handling and protocol match UHNWI expectations.
• Enforce privacy protocols: no staff entry to the family area after a set time, and only designated staff may enter assigned areas when family members visit.
• Work closely with the family representative and report directly to HR, keeping communication between staff and the family smooth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in UHNWI / VIP household operations.
• Prior experience as a Butler, Household Manager or Villa Supervisor, and proven experience managing large household teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, with strict confidentiality and a highly professional, disciplined approach.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced family environments.
• Preferably single, or married with the spouse living outside the UAE.
• Must live within the villa compound and be flexible with the schedule, taking one day off per week (day not fixed).
