About the role
As a VIP Hostess at Nobu, Atlantis The Palm, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive impression and delivering a warm welcome. The resort is part of Kerzner International, a global leader in luxury hospitality, and offers world-class dining with renowned celebrity chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and inform them of their wait time
- Monitor the waiting list
- Show guests to their tables
- Bid guests farewell as they leave
- Carry out natural conversations with guests, demonstrating effective communication, customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Required profile
- Ideally international exposure in a similar role, or 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel and high-end restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
