About the role
We are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders across the EU and MENA regions. Working remotely, you will act as a trusted partner, helping executives manage schedules, communications and strategic tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments and travel across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare documents, reports and briefing materials for meetings.
- Organise and maintain digital files, records and executive documentation.
- Track tasks, follow up on priorities and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Assist with meeting coordination, including agendas, notes and follow‑ups.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc executive requests.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience supporting executives or senior professionals is a plus.
