Visa Officer / Immigration Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Díaz & Asociados is expanding its international team in Dubai and seeks a proactive Visa Officer / Immigration Specialist to manage UAE immigration and residency procedures for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage immigration and residency applications for employees, entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, family members and other categories.
• Handle all stages of new applications, renewals, cancellations and status changes, including Emirates ID, medical fitness and residency formalities.
• Prepare, review and submit documentation to UAE authorities and government platforms.
• Liaise with clients, government bodies and service providers throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with deadlines and immigration regulations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in UAE immigration, visa processing or residency services.
• Demonstrated ability to handle residence applications independently for foreign nationals in Dubai/UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English and currently residing in Dubai.
• Strong organisational and client‑management skills with the capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously.
