Visual Content Creator – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Visual Content Creator to join our Marketing team at a luxury 5‑star hotel. The role will produce high‑quality visual content that reflects the brand’s elegance, enhances guest engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and produce high‑end editorial‑style photo and video content that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand, focusing on storytelling and aspirational guest experiences.
• Support real‑time content capture for events, activations, and VIP visits when required.
• Edit and deliver platform‑optimized content (short‑form, long‑form, and stills) with fast turnaround, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Operations to conceptualise and execute content that supports key campaigns, revenue‑driving initiatives, and brand moments.
• Create platform‑native, performance‑driven content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, and work with paid media teams to optimise for advertising performance.
• Own end‑to‑end production of shoots, including concept development, shot lists, styling, lighting, talent direction, and on‑site execution.
• Manage and maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring content is easily accessible, properly tagged, and aligned with ongoing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands, with a strong eye for elevated visual storytelling.
• Strong, well‑curated portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography, reflecting luxury aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Ability to take direction while contributing creative ideas, and to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive and solutions‑driven creative mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key events.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong technical understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Hands‑on experience creating content for social media platforms and understanding of platform‑specific formats.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content creation, editing, and ideation.
