Visual Design Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Visual Design Consultant to lead visual design initiatives that support Emiratization and talent development in the UAE. You will collaborate with UX, content, technology and project teams to create compelling visual experiences that align with client brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all visual work communicates clearly, stays on‑brand, and delights users.
• Explain design decisions, provide feedback and contribute to design system creation.
• Partner with design, technology and project management to meet creative, strategic and project objectives.
• Produce mood boards, comps, concept sketches, presentation decks, style guides and storyboards.
• Gather deliverables into client‑ready presentations.
• Translate and extend brand identity systems to digital touchpoints.
• Participate in studio and community events as an Accenture ambassador.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of design experience, including at least 1 year in a senior role at a digital agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design.
• Advanced digital design portfolio showcasing mobile and touch work.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
• Professional communication skills for client presentations.
