Visual Merchandiser

About the role

R&B Fashion is hiring a full-time Visual Merchandiser in Dubai. The role develops, delivers and communicates visual concepts in-store to promote the brand, products and services, and trains and coaches the store team on merchant-based visual merchandising while managing daily, weekly and seasonal tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store are met consistently through eye-catching displays that include commercial sales opportunities
• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays with brand guidelines and strategy
• Develop floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout, and create category-based layouts
• Take photographs of every change made to merchandise displays and use creative lighting for windows
• Maximise placement of new lines, re-merchandise the store with new trends and collect feedback on merchandise
• Work with the operations and brand management team, and with the VM Manager and sales team, to increase sales and achieve commercial goals
• Take part in store pre-opening visits and check that brand standards are followed
• Research current market trends and consumer lifestyles
