VP, Head of Marketing & Communication (Asset Management)

About the role

The VP, Head of Marketing & Communication will own the FAB Asset Management brand across all entities, shaping its visual identity, tone of voice and client‑facing materials. The role reports to senior leadership and works closely with investment, operations and compliance teams to deliver a cohesive, compliant brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as custodian of the FAB AM brand charter, visual identity, templates and naming conventions across all market touchpoints.
• Develop and execute an annual and multi‑year marketing and communication plan aligned with commercial strategy, including budget, channels, calendar and KPIs.
• Define standards and structure for the full client‑facing document suite – presentations, pitchbooks, factsheets, brochures and reporting – and oversee production quality.
• Own the digital presence (website, LinkedIn, social channels), digital campaigns, SEO and analytics.
• Manage media relations, thought‑leadership programmes, events, sponsorships and internal communication initiatives.
• Control the marketing budget, select and manage agencies, vendors and external partners while ensuring compliance with ADGM, CMA and Group standards.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in asset management, wealth management or regulated financial services.
• Proven brand leadership experience, including development of brand guidelines and multi‑channel application.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compliant client‑facing content.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in ADGM and CMA environments.
• Strategic judgement, senior stakeholder management and hands‑on execution capability.
