VP of Learning and Development (Remote)

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced VP of Learning and Development to partner with a leading AI lab. You will design and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that support corporate training and onboarding workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and improve AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows such as new‑hire onboarding playbooks and manager enablement decks.
• Develop training facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, engagement‑tracking spreadsheets, and skills‑assessment rubrics that meet L&D and people‑ops standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or L&D programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Proven ability to build engagement‑tracking spreadsheets and assessment rubrics that withstand rigorous scrutiny.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
