Vulnerability Management Specialist - CyberArk

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Vulnerability Management Specialist with deep expertise in CyberArk to support and enhance vulnerability and privileged access security initiatives within a highly regulated banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, assessment, prioritisation, remediation tracking and reporting.
• Perform vulnerability assessments across servers, databases, applications, cloud platforms and network infrastructure.
• Administer, maintain and optimise the CyberArk Privileged Access Management platform, including credential vaulting and session monitoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application and security teams to drive timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Define and enforce remediation SLAs based on risk severity and business impact.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and executive‑level metrics on vulnerability status.
• Support security audits, compliance reviews and cyber‑risk assessments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management or security operations.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability prioritisation, CVSS scoring and risk‑based remediation.
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking or financial services.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• CyberArk PAM administration (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA).
• Vulnerability management tools: Tenable Nessus, Tenable Security Center, Qualys, Rapid7 InsightVM.
• Operating systems and platforms: Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, REST APIs.
