Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead the migration from a legacy CRM to Salesforce, supporting sales, retention, partner, compliance and support teams. You will translate complex business processes into clear user stories, designs and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Run workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs with multiple teams to capture current and future-state processes.
• Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira and create BDD scenarios where needed.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Salesforce Architect, developers and QA to design scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Plan and execute data migration, including field mapping, data quality rules and validation.
• Maintain process documentation, data dictionaries, user guides and drive user adoption after releases.
• Define and run test cases for system, integration and UAT, and triage issues with QA and developers.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably on CRM migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with relevant certifications.
• Experience in trading or financial services, understanding client onboarding, partner management and compliance workflows.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira.
