Waiter / Butler – Luxury Private Residence in Monaco

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Butler to join a UHNW family’s private residence in Monaco. The role combines classic French‑style table service with the discretion and professionalism required in a high‑end household.

Key responsibilities

• Provide refined table service using French service techniques, ensuring impeccable presentation of meals and beverages.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal throughout the dining areas and service spaces.
• Support daily household operations, including coordination with the kitchen and other staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the international household team to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury restaurants, 5‑star hotels, yachts, or UHNW private households.
• Polished personal presentation and strong service etiquette.
• Calm, reliable, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
