About the role
The Waiter delivers attentive, professional, and efficient table service, representing the brand and ensuring a high‑quality guest experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
- Guide guests through menus, provide recommendations, and monitor satisfaction, responding to requests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas, coordinating with runners, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Support colleagues during busy periods, follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs, and uphold professional grooming standards.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a waiter or similar service role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate well in a team.
