Waiter – Front‑line Food Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our front‑line team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean dining environment, and supporting overall food service operations in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Prepare service counters, display food properly, and replenish items during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining tables, and chairs.
• Clear used trays, dishes, and utensils promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures, including HACCP compliance.
• Assist with basic food preparation, service setup, and supply organization during peak periods.
• Support kitchen and stewarding teams as needed and follow supervisor instructions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork orientation, and UAE experience preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food service operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
