About the role

AlphaMind Group is looking for an experienced, detail‑oriented Waiter to join the team at CLAP Dubai, an award‑winning restaurant, bar and lounge located in DIFC. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests, gather feedback and create lasting positive impressions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, respecting dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Deliver orders following standard operating procedures and ensure order accuracy.
• Explain menu items, ingredients and preparation methods, offering personalized recommendations.
• Promote seasonal dishes, beverages and special menu items to enhance the dining experience and drive sales.
• Handle guest requests, enquiries and minor complaints courteously, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant service with strong knowledge of hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain high standards in a fast‑moving, high‑profile setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless guest experiences.
