About the role

The restaurant is looking for a reliable Waiter to support daily operations. You will help prepare the dining area, assist the captain waiter, and ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.

Key responsibilities

Assist in morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up.
Clean all service utensils before each service.
Support the captain waiter with mise en place preparation.
Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
Place plates on guests’ tables under the captain waiter’s guidance.
Refresh ashtrays and fill water glasses during service.
Clear and clean tables after meals.
Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Follow instructions from the captain waiter at all times.

Required profile

Maintain a clean appearance and high level of personal hygiene.
Ability to work under supervision and follow directions.
Willingness to perform both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
