About the role
The restaurant is looking for a reliable Waiter to support daily operations. You will help prepare the dining area, assist the captain waiter, and ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Support the captain waiter with mise en place preparation.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Place plates on guests’ tables under the captain waiter’s guidance.
- Refresh ashtrays and fill water glasses during service.
- Clear and clean tables after meals.
- Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Follow instructions from the captain waiter at all times.
Required profile
- Maintain a clean appearance and high level of personal hygiene.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow directions.
- Willingness to perform both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
