About the role
The NH Collection Ibn Battuta Hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join its Food & Beverage team. As a Hospitality Ambassador you will deliver prompt, courteous service and help create memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Interact directly with guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Ensure timely and efficient operation of all F&B outlets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and hotel facilities.
- Uphold safety, hygiene standards and guest privacy at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service and strong teamwork.
- Fluent English communication skills.
