About the role

Join the hospitality team at Melia Desert Palm, a five‑star boutique resort near Dubai Airport and Dubai Mall. As a Waiter you will deliver high‑quality service to guests in an elegant, equestrian‑themed environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests in the resort’s restaurants and villa room service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
• Follow hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and grooming standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, handling payments, and processing orders accurately.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality setting.
