Waiter – Premium Lounge

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Waiter for our Premium Lounge to deliver exceptional service to guests. You will be responsible for ensuring a high‑standard dining experience while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service and promptly clear dishes to keep the dining area tidy.
• Follow opening and closing procedures to properly prepare the outlet.
• Adhere to hygiene policies and proper food and equipment handling standards.
• Address customer complaints or involve a supervisor to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with stock checks, receiving, and inventory accuracy throughout the shift.
• Perform cleaning, polishing, organizing, and other tasks as assigned, following Emirates Flight Catering standards.
• Apply the Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2015 quality system in daily duties.

Required profile

• High school certification (mandatory); diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
