About the role
Join St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai as a Guest Service Expert delivering memorable dining experiences. You will be on your feet, interacting with guests, and supporting the food and beverage team.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas, handle supplies, and ensure a safe workplace.
- Assist guests with menu information and provide attentive service throughout their meal.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
