Join the hospitality team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure smooth service and uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to guarantee timely service delivery and efficient operations.
• Provide outstanding guest service following Anantara standards, hotel policies, and SOPs.
• Maintain professional grooming, personal presentation, and workplace discipline in line with brand standards.
• Know hotel facilities, services, and offerings to assist guests confidently.
• Keep assigned stations clean, organized, and maintained according to operational standards.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menus, food and beverage offerings, and service procedures.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems correctly for order processing and transactions.
• Uphold guest privacy and security, especially during Room Service deliveries.
• Follow health, safety, and security procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform Room Service duties efficiently, including corridor monitoring, tray collection, and service area cleanliness.
• Assist with tray breakdown, cleaning, and replenishment of equipment and condiments.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop skills and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Respond positively to reasonable requests from supervisors and managers to support operational needs.
