Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, a luxury property offering overwater experiences on the Arabian Gulf. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver attentive, friendly service to guests in a dynamic, high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, serve guests, and answer questions about hotel facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and dining areas.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures, including guest‑room privacy protocols.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and process payments.
• Continuously update menu knowledge and attend training sessions.
• Assist with special projects and any reasonable requests from managers or supervisors.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail when taking orders and handling cash.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
