About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting experienced wait staff for a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel located on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates, and candidates must already be residing in the UAE. You will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to discerning guests in an elegant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Present menus, explain dishes, daily specials, and beverage selections.
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly.
• Maintain proper table settings and ensure cleanliness of the dining area.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and feedback.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to optimise service flow.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter or waitress in a 5‑star luxury hotel or fine‑dining setting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Polished and professional appearance with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.

Required skills
