About the role

Join the hospitality team at Accor’s Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a vibrant, all‑inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally and unobtrusively.
• Operate the POS system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, set and reset tables with linen, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and report resolutions to the manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, work stations, and service areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including polishing silver and restocking condiments.

Required profile

• Friendly, courteous demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
