About the role

M Management Company, a leading hospitality group in the UAE, is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress staff to deliver exceptional service across its award‑winning venues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee dining rooms, ensuring seating, safety and guest well‑being.
• Prepare tables with condiments, napkins, cutlery and other essentials.
• Maintain side stations, stock supplies and manage inventory using FIFO.
• Take orders, check menu availability, note dietary requirements and communicate with the kitchen.
• Follow meal timing guidelines, clear tables, and ensure cleanliness of chinaware, glassware and work areas.
• Prepare accurate bills, present checks and process payments.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash float handling and securing equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel or food‑service environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lift up to 50 lb.
