About the role
Join the Guest Service team at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai as a Waiter/Waitress. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service and ensuring guests enjoy every aspect of their meal.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, present menus and ensure a polished dining environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
