Waiter/Waitress – The World Eatery (Casual Dining)

About the role

Join the vibrant team at The World Eatery, a casual‑dining outlet within Sofitel Dubai The Palm. As a waiter or waitress you will deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell where appropriate, and enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sales system.
• Serve dishes and drinks according to brand standards and guest specifications.
• Clear tables, transport dirty dishes to the dish area, and maintain a clean workstation.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Adapt to special guest requests and follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English speaker, already residing in the United Arab Emirates.
