About the role
Apt Resources is seeking a professional and motivated Waitress to join a reputable restaurant in Dubai, providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Handle customer inquiries, offer menu recommendations, and address concerns or complaints.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a waitress in a restaurant or similar environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good presentation and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
