Waitress - Full-Time Front of House

About the role

DEAL Holdings is hiring a full-time Waitress in Dubai, reporting to the Head Waiter, Section Head or Restaurant Manager (AGM) within the Front of House department. The role delivers attentive, professional and efficient table service and represents the brand on the floor through strong product knowledge, accuracy and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and timing
• Guide guests through menus and give recommendations, monitor satisfaction and support upselling in line with service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of assigned tables and service areas
• Coordinate with runners, kitchen and bar teams and help colleagues keep up service pace during busy periods
• Follow hygiene, safety and service SOPs, keep professional grooming and support opening, closing and side duties

Required profile

• 1-3 years' experience in a waiter or service role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
