About the role
Join the DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City Hotel as a Food & Beverage Waitress and become the face of exceptional hospitality. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests while working in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively enhance their meal experience.
- Learn and master all menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and serve promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized food service station throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
- A passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
- Act with integrity and consistently do the right thing.
