Waitress – Italian Restaurant

About the role

Join a vibrant Italian restaurant in Downtown Dubai as a Waitress, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring every dining experience meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, set tables according to event type, and answer menu‑related questions.
• Communicate with the kitchen about menu items, order timing, re‑cooks, and special dietary requirements.
• Record orders and transactions using the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, maintain cleanliness of work areas, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies while providing courteous service to all guests, including those with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant wait‑staff experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
