Waitress – Lobby Lounge

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Dubai as a Waitress in the award‑winning lobby lounge, Raffles Salon. You will work with colleagues and supervisors to deliver a professional food & beverage experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold grooming standards, punctuality and discipline in line with Raffles expectations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements, and provide informed recommendations.
• Deliver service excellence following LQA and outlet standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and personalized service.
• Perform opening, closing and side duties, complete checklists, and assist with inventory and waste minimisation.
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and support other F&B outlets during peak periods.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic, guest‑focused personality with impeccable grooming.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility and willingness to support operational needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in food & beverage, preferably in 5‑star luxury hospitality.
