Walk‑in Interview for Construction Foreman Roles in Dubai

About the role

We are hosting a walk‑in interview for experienced construction foremen to join our high‑end, sustainable real‑estate project on Siniya Island. Candidates will be considered for four foreman specialisations – steel fixing, shuttering carpentry, concrete works and general site supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate in‑house manpower and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety standards and enforce site safety protocols.
• Interpret and apply construction drawings and schedules.
• Maintain quality control for steel fixing, shuttering, concrete placement and overall site operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience within the GCC.
• Background in villa and high‑rise projects is preferred.
• Proven experience supervising crews and managing site manpower.
• Strong knowledge of construction activities and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
