Warehouse Clerk – Logistics & Spare Parts

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Clerk to join our logistics team in Dubai. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organising the storage area and supporting the spare‑parts department to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive shipments from courier companies and collect cargo from airports or sea ports.
• Hand over shipments to customers and prepare packing and dispatch of spare parts.
• Maintain an orderly warehouse, replenish work supplies and conduct regular cycle counts and ageing analyses.
• Print delivery notes and cooperate closely with the spare‑parts, service and logistics departments.
• Update the ERP system with all inbound and outbound merchandise movements.

Required profile

• Completed technical or logistics apprenticeship.
• Relevant experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
• Valid driving and forklift licence.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Forklift operation licence.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience using an ERP system for inventory management.
