Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator keeps warehouse operations accurate, organized and running smoothly, linking the physical movement of fire and security products with the inventory systems so that customers and internal teams receive the right products and information at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
• Process inbound, outbound and stock-transfer transactions
• Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation
• Monitor stock movements and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, customers and internal teams
• Support stock counts, audits and warehouse reporting
• Maintain organized records and respond to inventory queries
• Support daily warehouse operations and safety compliance

Required profile

• Practical experience in warehouse administration, inventory control or logistics
• Understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory and delivery processes
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with different teams and external partners
• Preferred: a diploma or qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field
• Preferred: experience preparing delivery or shipping documentation, and knowledge of fire, security or oil and gas products
• Candidates with less experience may be considered if they show good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory transactions and documentation

Required skills

• Experience using an ERP or warehouse management system
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
