Warehouse & Fulfillment Executive

About the role

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Executive will lead daily operations of the warehouse and order fulfilment centre for Kahaan Store in Dubai. You will ensure efficient receiving, picking, packing and dispatch processes while maintaining high inventory accuracy and safety standards. This role collaborates closely with procurement, sales and logistics teams to guarantee timely order delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and proper organization.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and update inventory and fulfilment reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment, inventory, retail, supermarket, grocery, FMCG, food distribution or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and fulfilment workflows.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
