Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Engine Maintenance Centre (EEMC) delivers MRO services for the engines of Emirates' fleets, covering Engine Technical Services, Propulsion Planning and Logistics and the Engine Shops and Test Cell. As Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will monitor and/or execute warehouse and logistics activities and coordinate with Emirates' warehouse and logistics customers so that tools, materials and logistics support are delivered on time, efficiently and safely, in line with standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks in your assigned area (Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, Business Support and Spares Distribution), including tools and materials receiving, discrepancy reporting, archiving airworthiness release certificates and documents, tool check-in/out and customer support for entrusted third-party stock.
• Coordinate assigned warehouse and logistics tasks with Warehouse & Logistics Assistants and customers, monitor their completion and carry out system transactions so customer demands are met on time.
• Communicate internally to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly from goods receiving and binning through demand fulfilment, while meeting service level agreements at each step.
• Ensure staff comply with safety regulations and practices to avoid incidents or procedural non-compliance.
• Support the Shift Duty Officer in preparing daily reports, monitor KPIs and help shift resources to optimise productivity.
• Depute the Shift Duty Officer when needed and act as focal point for specific warehouse functions.

Required profile

• Diploma (12+2) or equivalent higher education.
• 3+ years of warehouse and logistics experience, preferably in an aviation or MRO environment, with at least 1 year coordinating teams.
• Valid UAE driver's licence; Airside Driving Permit (ADP) is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of office applications and systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory ERP systems.
