Warehouse Logistics Manager

About the role

Wilo is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead warehouse operations and logistics activities across the Middle East. The role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction while complying with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through effective stock management and regular cycle counts.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, optimizing layout, storage utilization, and workflow.
• Manage inbound receipt, inspection, verification, and storage of materials.
• Control outbound order fulfillment, picking, packing, and dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment rates.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel, conducting performance reviews and training.
• Act as primary liaison between warehouse, customer service, procurement, sales, and supply chain teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
