Warehouse Team Leader (Dubai)

About the role

The Warehouse Team Leader will coordinate daily warehouse activities at REPA's new Middle East hub in Dubai. You will oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes, ensuring they are performed safely, accurately and in line with operational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities to meet accuracy, productivity and quality standards.
• Supervise a team of 5‑10 warehouse operators, providing guidance, on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and warehouse procedures, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
• Support inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Track daily operational performance and communicate issues or improvement opportunities to the Head of Operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating or supervising a small operational team (preferred).
• Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes and material handling.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices in a warehouse setting.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
