Warranty Executive

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a detail‑oriented Warranty Executive to join its Aftersales Warranty team in Dubai. You will ensure warranty and contract claims are processed accurately, on time, and in line with company policies, supporting workshop operations and financial reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Process warranty and contract claims within required timelines, minimizing backlogs and rejections.
• Respond to queries, resolve issues, and support invoicing of pending warranty jobs.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and credit note processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational targets and participate in training.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in warranty/contract administration within a major automotive manufacturer, dealership or distributorship.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP
• Business intelligence reporting
• Basic accounting, finance and data‑processing knowledge
